Senior Programmer

We at Neon Giant are looking for a Senior Programmer to join our small team and create great games with strong worlds, using Unreal Engine 5 with the very latest technologies. You will be joining a senior and very creative group of people who work smart, reach for the sky and put effort into making fun games. If you have seen the challenges of making good games and still find it exciting, this job is for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Creating gameplay content based on high level designs using a combination of C++ and Blueprints
  • Write smaller and larger game systems and helping design the technical solutions needed
  • Shipping high quality work on schedule
  • Keep up to date with tools and pipelines, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of leading development on tight schedules
  • Passionate about working with game development
  • Demonstrate the ability to coordinate with cross-discipline teams
  • UI experience
  • Excellent performance optimization and debugging skills
  • Strong programming background and C++ knowledge
  • Shipped projects with UE4
  • Wanting to work in a smaller team
